Pre-registration is open. Click HERE to register the equipment that you would like to swap.
After you have registered:
Step 1. Come to the registration desk at the Swap Oct. 6th with your items.
After paying the $3.00 pre-registration fee, you will
be given a set of pre-printed tags for your items, and a receipt.
|Step 2. Attach the tags to your items, and place them in the appropriate section of the Swap.
Keep the receipt.
|Step 3. On the last day of the Swap (Monday, Oct. 9th), come before 3:00 PM to retrieve any items which did not sell. Bring your receipt to claim your unsold items.
After Monday, unretrieved items will be disposed of by the Club.
You can check on the website to see whether your items sold prior to
Step 4. If you are a GPSC member, your fees for the season will be reduced by the amount you sold at the
Swap. Otherwise you will be sent a check for the amount you sold.
In either case, GPSC retains a 20% commission, to help finance coaching and
other club activities.
